INTRODUCTION.
The lack of
methodological and theoretical development of judo problems and
judo trainings causes diffusion of knowledge in this field, absence
of their systematical and practical development.
Inspite of
a big mimber of books, thesises, scientific articles, in fact there
hasnt been worked out a complete scientific-theoretical basis for
defined setting of judo moving activity. Improving of training process
and the process of studing is performed up to now by empirio-analytic
way dominantly: by practice , its studing and generalizing and by
researches of different kinds, taking under their control and analyzing
physical, anatomic-morphological, biochemical and other sides of
organisms activity.
The result
of such (not systematical) condition of knowledge in the field of
trainings holding, technical preparation, will be a difficulty
for a coach to orientate in a various mass of empirio-analytical
data, he has; that makes the data completely useless for practical
work. There is a situation appearing before coaches, when they are
able to get only a little piece from a huge quantity of information.
The purpose
of the very work, to the authors mind, is to give not only the
material, but also an attempt to make a basis in judo theorys development,
to create a science about judo, such science as it should be, to
the authors mind.
In the very
book the technique of judo of Nogare system, developed and systematized
by the author, is represented.
In the very
book the technique of basic Nogare systems actions is represented,
and also the author provides a system of special exercises for mastering
and improving technical preparation in the very system.
The author
included two principles in the basis of judo of Nogare system:
The Kote principle-the technique of arms for making pulling efforts,
the principle of stepping-the technique and order of stepping
while performing a throw. The author cant, but also shouldnt,
tell, that the very system crosses over a common judo technique.
The author says, the very system just adds to technique some new
things, but not except it.
The author
refers the integrity of the techniques, its completeness to the
advantages of the system, besides, its supported by the system
of special exercises UTI-KOMI, that transform in the Nogare
system of special exercises Pulling-entering.
So, building
a studing-training process, based on judo of Nogare system, is
enough for preparation of judo highly technical sportsmen.
To find a rational
way is necessary and available, though is difficult. The basic objective
of the very book is to help a coach with individnaliring the process
of highly qualificated fighters preparation.
